Lease apartments and support marketing of available homes.
Maintain property appearance and curb appeal.
Process rental applications and execute lease agreements.
Organize and maintain accurate resident and office files.
Collect rents and deposits and complete bank deposits as required.
Submit work orders and follow through for completion.
Schedule and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
Assist with legal proceedings related to the property under direction.
Complete thorough move-in and move-out inspections.
Communicate professionally with residents, applicants, and vendors.
Respond promptly to calls, voicemails, emails, texts, and internet leads.
Document all communications in CRM and property management systems.
Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies at all times.
One year of leasing experience is preferred.
AppFolio experience is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance are required.
Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Strong customer service and people skills.

Maintain a minimum score of 70% on secret shop evaluations.
