Location: The Meadows Apartments
Pay Range: $18–$20 per hour, plus commission
About the Role

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for future residents and a key part of creating a welcoming, professional community. This role combines leasing, customer service, and day-to-day office support while offering a clear path for growth. We believe in promoting from within and supporting team members who want to build their career in property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Tour and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Support on-site and off-site marketing efforts to drive traffic and occupancy
- Maintain the appearance of model units, vacant apartments, and common areas
- Ensure all interactions and decisions comply with Fair Housing laws
- Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements accurately
- Organize and maintain resident files and office documentation
- Create and update reports, lease packets, and online listings
- Collect rent and deposits and drive to the bank for deposits as needed
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries
- Use call scripts to confidently connect with prospective residents
- Submit and follow up on work orders to support timely maintenance completion
- Communicate professionally with residents, applicants, teammates, and vendors
- Assist with resident retention initiatives and lease renewals
- Conduct regular property walks to ensure curb appeal and presentation standards are met
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
Licenses
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and current auto insurance
- Any changes to driving status must be reported immediately
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting residents and prospects

Compensation
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
