Pay Range: $17–$20/hour PLUS Commission

About the Role

Join our team as a proactive and personable Leasing Agent! You’ll lead leasing and marketing efforts, support property operations, and build positive relationships with residents and prospects. This role ensures compliance and upholds our property’s professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and support off-site marketing
• Inspect and maintain model units, vacant units, and property appearance
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws
• Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements
• Organize and maintain resident and office files
• Create/update reports, lease packages, and online content
• Collect rents and deposits
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, texts, and internet inquiries
• Use call scripts for initial contacts with prospects
• Submit and follow up on work orders
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with residents, applicants, staff, and vendors
• Support resident retention and lease renewals
• Conduct property inspections to uphold high standards

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Previous leasing experience not required

Licenses:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, current auto insurance
• Report any changes to driving status immediately

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 25 lbs
• Proficiency in office tasks (calls, emails, greeting clients)
